Our Story

In 2018, we crossed paths at a Swiss IT company.

It didn't take long for us to recognize the synergy between our expertise in system and software engineering. Collaborating on various projects, our combined skills proved to be a very effective mix.

After extensive discussions about potential applications of recent technological advancements, we decided to found Workframe AG in July 2022.

Our goal was to create a framework for businesses to fully harness their potential. During a conversation, a slip of the tongue turned “Framework” into “Workframe”, and so the name was born.

Since then, we've been providing services and solutions, guided by our vision to help people and organizations achieve better results every day.

Growing up in Baar, Zug my career path was anything but clear until I tried myself as a software developer at Roche in Rotkreuz. Already during my apprenticeship, I used my skills to help business users work more efficiently through software.

I was always fascinated by how big enterprises and systems function and studied business informatics for that reason. I am a structured working person but try to think outside the box to get new ideas and different viewpoints.

Born in Poschiavo, in Graubünden, my passion for technology was evident from an early age. As a child, I always wanted to open my toys to explore their inner workings – I always wanted to understand how things work. After the studies at the HTW Chur in the field of systems engineering, I moved to Central Switzerland, where I've been living since 2017.

I always try to see the glass half full and I value good sense of humor. When I’m not immersed in the IT world, you can find me in the Alps, either biking or paragliding
